Job Descriptions:
Document Control
Responsible for organizing, updating, and finalizing documents, including maintaining records of company documents, including SOP, Guidelines, Policies, and Reports.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other Departments for document verification and finalization.
Act as the point of contact for document-related inquiries from internal staff or external parties.
Asset Management
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all company assets; record asset acquisitions, movements, transfers, and disposals.
Responsible for asset tagging for tracking and auditing purposes.
Schedule and monitor regular maintenance or repair of assets, including facilities and equipment.
Monitor usage and ensure proper handling of assets.
Office Management & Other Administratives
Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and facilities cleaning.
Handle general employee requests related to facilities & supplies.
Assist in office supplies and other inventory procurement processes.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and gatherings.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Prior experience in General Affairs, Administration, or Office Management is preferred.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and have strong data management skills.
Excellent communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
Willing to be placed in Bali.
