About the role
As a General Affair at PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our company. This full-time position is based in Kendal & Grobogan, Central Java, and will involve a wide range of responsibilities to ensure the smooth running of our office.
What you'll be doing
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
Coordinating with various departments to address administrative needs and requirements
Assisting in the organisation and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
Supporting event and meeting coordination, including preparing materials and scheduling
Liaising with external vendors and service providers as needed
Contributing to the implementation of office policies and procedures
Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar administrative or general affair role
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with office management best practices and procedures
