Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including organizing and maintaining physical and digital documents
Handle operational logistics like booking flights, scheduling, and hotel arrangements
Oversee petty cash transactions and manage cash flow, preparing and reporting financial data to the finance department
Prepare procurement lists and entering payment data into SAP system
Prepare and process weekly wages for our daily workers
Act as the primary HR liaison for the branch, managing communication regarding events and other key announcements
Oversee employee attendance record (weekly & monthly)
Handle daily worker contracts, and handle their BPJS administration
Monitoring man-hours and submitting absence reports for all shelter locations to the HR department
Requirements
A degree in any major is acceptable, but a background in Office Administration or Economics is a plus
Prior experience with the SAP system is highly valued
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential
Ideal candidate should be adaptable, a strong multitasker, and able to work independently
Has ability to communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) is a significant advantage
