Role SummaryAs a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the face of our property, delivering exceptional service to all guests from arrival to departure. Your primary role is to ensure a memorable, personalized, and seamless guest experience, while professionally handling inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
Job Description:Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to provide accurate information and recommendations.
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, front office, maintenance, etc.) to fulfill guest requests efficiently.
Build strong relationships with guests to anticipate needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback and relay suggestions for service improvement.
Support the front office team with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.
Proven experience in guest services, front office, or customer-facing hospitality roles.
Excellent communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging, and solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
Professional appearance and a genuine passion for hospitality.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
