PT. OMKARA NIRWANA INDONESIA sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Front Office Receptionist di Lodtunduh, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.
Kualifikasi pekerjaan:Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure
Perform check-in and check-out procedures using the Property Management System (PMS)
Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints via telephone, email, or WhatsApp efficiently and courteously
Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness
Promote the villa's services, amenities, and upsell room categories when appropriate
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments
Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about the hotel, local area, and services
Handle VIP guests and special requests with discretion and attention to detail
Requirements:
English proficiency in verbal and written communication skills is a must (other languages a plus)
Experience working in the Front Office is a huge plus
Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, VHP, etc.) and the Microsoft Office suite is a huge plus
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Professional appearance and demeanor to excel in customer service with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree or hospitality education is a plus
