Grand ESKA Hotel & Suites, is part of ESKA Group as a leading service company which exceptionally experienced in beauty, wellness and hospitality since 2008. We are currently seeking a strong candidate as Front Office Manager.
• Oversee and manage the front desk operations: This includes guest check-in and check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries.• Monitor front office performance metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for continuous improvement.• Manage reservations and room assignments: Oversee the reservation process, optimize occupancy, and ensure accurate room bookings.• Maintain high customer service standards: Ensure guests have a positive experience throughout their stay, from arrival to departure.• Manage budgets and ensure compliance: Monitor front desk supplies, inventory, and financial records.• Develop and implement customer service policies: Create and implement policies that enhance the guest experience.
Persyaratan Khusus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front office management or related hospitality roles.• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.• Proficient in using computer systems and insoft hotel management software.• Exellent attitude, pleasant personality with good grooming, and exellent guest service skills and a customer-centric attitude.
