The Hula Bali is a welcoming curbside cafe located in the charming area of Pererenan, Bali. We specialize in serving fresh, locally-sourced cuisine complemented by quality coffee and beverages. Open daily from sunrise to sunset, we aim to provide a warm and vibrant dining experience for our guests. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service and a cozy atmosphere to everyone who visits.

In July 2026 we’ll be opening our second venue in Kedungu. For this we’re building a new Hula team, starting with this role.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front of House Manager located in Kedungu, Bali, Indonesia. The Front of House Manager will be part of the opening team, and once open, oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth service delivery. Responsibilities include managing and training front-of-house staff, handling customer interactions, overseeing food and beverage service, and driving sales. The role also involves maintaining a high standard of professionalism and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide outstanding guest experiences and build relationships.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage operations with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to train and manage team members effectively to ensure team success.
  • Basic Sales skills to identify opportunities, promote offerings, and enhance revenue.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages, particularly Indonesian, would be advantageous.
