Analog Uluwatu melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Front of House Manager di Bali yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor Analog Uluwatu. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Candidate

Analog is not just a team, it’s a family. 

We’re looking for an experienced FOH Manager for our original venue – Analog Uluwatu – a small but busy all day cafe in the heart of Uluwatu. 

Our customer experience and staff culture is very different to most cafes. We treat our customers like friends and our staff like family. Hence we’re looking for FOH experience but also the right personality. 

Team 

8-10 on day shift. 6-8 on night shift. 2 parking. Everyone 20-30 years old and Javanese / Balinese. 

Responsibilities

Customer Experience 

• warm, welcoming and unique customer experience
• professional, high quality level of service 
• manage customer feedback and expectations 

Team Management

• supervise and support floor staff 
• guide, mentor, and train staff 
• create and refine SOPS
• manage staff rosters, breaks and leave 
• maintain team spirit and energy 

Coordination

• work closely with bar and kitchen on front of house 
• work closely with HR and Accounts on back of house 
• work closely with Marketing 

Compensation

• Salary 10-15M IDR / month
• BPJS
• Meals 
• Taxes 

Future Growth 

We reward staff based on performance more than anything else, so if you do an excellent job you will also be eligible for bonuses. 

As the business grows, the Uluwatu team grows too but other venues / opportunities will pop up. We hire internally first wherever possible.
