About the Role

Responsible to manage the delivery of multiple projects related to front end application, including technical design, development, and testing, creating, and managing delivery plans. This role reports directly to Head of Technical Transformation and collaborates closely with the Regional CTO based in Kuala Lumpur.

• Committed to deliver system enhancement and technology delivery with good quality within tight targeted timeline.
• Responsible to work closely with stakeholders and external delivery partners to understand the business requirements and drive the development of high-quality technical solutions with good communication skill that can be understood by common peoples.
• Responsible to contribute to solution design, identifying innovative solutions to business requirements, driving standardization and re-usability.
• Accountable to collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, security to ensure design and build are fully aligned to business requirements.
• Responsible to identify all the potential interfaces, type of information that may be required and a mechanism to reduce interface risks. Manage the identified interfaces.
• Responsible managing onshore and offshore developers/consultants to build/maintain required development activities & deliverables.
• Main contributor to preparation of requests for proposals and accountable for selection of services and products which are fit for purpose.
• Responsible to coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kick-off and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope and mitigate risks.
• Responsible to ensure project resources are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards.
• Proactively hands-on development and peer reviews as required.
• Traceability Review for Functional requirements & Non-Functional requirements against software implementation in project areas.
• Accountable for Quality delivery.
