We are looking for a Product & Training Specialist (Food Processing) who will play a key role in supporting our processing workshops across multiple countries. This position combines hands-on involvement in product line maintenance, staff training, quality control, and trial production of new items. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, understands food processing operations, and is passionate about driving production excellence and efficiency on the ground.

• Conduct on-site training in food processing workshops across various countries to ensure staff are well-versed in SOPs and production standards.

• Maintain and monitor product lines to ensure smooth and consistent production processes.

• Support trial production of new products and contribute to their implementation.

• Oversee and maintain product quality standards through close monitoring and issue resolution.

• Ensure production SOPs and company quality standards are properly executed and adhered to.

• Perform cost analysis and support initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce processing costs.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control within a food manufacturing facility.

• Familiar with food production processes, including key quality control points.

• Solid understanding of food industry regulations, laws, and safety standards.

• Working knowledge of quality management systems.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of food processing techniques, food additives, and raw material properties.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.

• Able to work under fast-paced environments.
