Profile Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronic Engineering
• Required language(s): English
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in Electrical Engineering of Textiles Company

S1/D3 Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Good working knowledge of frequency inverters, servo drives, PLCs & electrical/electronic control system of textile spinning machines. To control and maintain required machine spare parts. Experience in textile plant is preffered.
Job Requirements
Job Purpose
To achieve the objectives of maintenance activities as per business plan, ensure safe working conditions and practices by meeting statutory requirements; maintain harmonious relationship with all functions; develop and implement short term & long term growth plans for the unit.
Plant Maintenance

• To ensure the availability of machines and equipments to meet the target production as per business plan in coordination with other functions.
• To ensure the quality of products through proper maintenance of various control systems in machines and equipments.

Cost Control

• Ensure utilization of all resources.
• Ensure the cost of production as per purta norm by monitoring through periodical review.

Modification and Development
Proper planning and Scheduling for implementation of BLOCK sanctions.
Skill Development

• To ensure the sub ordinates developments through effective training.
• To guide subordinates in application of problem solving tools in maintenance activities and ensure the availability of machine and equipments for production.

Quality Management System

• Ensure the safe working conditions and practices by meeting the statutory requirements and government rules& regulations.
• Ensure to implement the Total Quality Management System throughout the organization.
