Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will responsible to provide value added service to our customers and to promote sales and to cement business-partner relationship with our customers.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Supervise and manage the operation and maintenance of all plant utility systems.
2. Oversee utility areas including Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP).
3. Lead and supervise Utility Technicians during both shift and normal working hours.
4. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
5. Monitor utility system performance and ensure reliable support for plant operations.
6. Perform and supervise laboratory testing related to wastewater treatment.
7. Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
8. Ensure smooth operation of utility systems including:

• Refrigeration Systems
• Air Compressors
• Water Treatment Systems
• Steam Boilers
• Freezers
• Pumps
• Fire Fighting Systems

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic/Chemical Industry/Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in utility operations or maintenance in pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling WTP, WWTP, refrigeration systems, compressors, boilers, and pumps are highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance systems and utility equipment operations.
• Committed to safety, food safety, operational excellence, and environmental compliance.
