Job Description:

The Finance Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the finance department (Treasury and Collection teams), including month-end closing, cash flow reporting, treasury activities, collection of AR and compliance. This role supervises a team of finance staffs and ensures timely collection of Receivables ensuring optimal cash flow, efficient fund management, to support strategic decision-making. The Finance Supervisor also acts as a liaison with banks, external auditors, and regulatory agencies to support financial integrity and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the finance team.

• Report directly to Financial Controller

• Monitor, forecast and manage company cash flow and prepare actual cash flow reports.

• Create and perform allocation of funds and supervise financial transactions.

• Examine payment of installments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Prepare and submit treasury reports in compliance with internal and external requirements.

• Act as a liaison between the company and external parties, including:

1. •    Banks (Bank Indonesia and other financial institutions),

2. •    Corporate Treasury,

3. •    Government bodies,

4. •    External auditors.

• Ensure proper documentation is maintained for historical and audit purposes.

• Collaborate with internal departments to optimize financial processes and controls.

• Develop, supervise, and evaluate the performance of subordinates.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial regulations, and tax laws.

• Provide financial analysis and support for strategic initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 30 years old.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Management from a reputable university.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role of Treasury, Collections and Banking (cash management, trade banking, AR collectionsor financing).

• Experience managing vendor payments, preparing cash flow forecasts, and conducting financial analysis.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP (especially FI/CO modules).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English is preferred, both verbal and written.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
