About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor to join our growing team at PT Formosa Bag Indonesia, located in Central Java. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations and reporting for our organisation. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the financial health and compliance of our company.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage and supervise the finance team, including mentoring and developing team members

2. Oversee cost, expense, taxation, and general ledger operations

3. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

4. Provide financial analysis and reports to management

5. Maintain internal controls and accounting systems

6. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA or equivalent)

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

3. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal control processes

4. Good personality, responsibility, discipline, honesty, initiative, creativity, and the ability to work together in a team

5. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, Good English (verbal & written) is a must.

7. Willing to be placed in Central Java, Kab. Grobogan
