About the role

We are seeking a talented Finance Staff to join our dynamic team at PT GLOVIS INDONESIA INTERNATIONAL'. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in the Accounting & Financial Reporting function within our company, which is located in Cikarang Pusat, West Java.

What you'll be doing

1. Monitoring and managing daily financial transactions, including payments and receipts

2. Assist in the month-end close process, including reconciliations and reporting

3. Support the preparation of financial reports and analysis for management

4. Contribute to the implementation of financial policies and procedures

5. Assisting with the implementation and monitoring of internal financial controls

6. Analyzing financial data to identify risks and opportunities

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office applications

5. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

6. Good communication in English
