⚙️ About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Specialist to support financial operations, reporting, and budgeting activities within the organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective cost control to support business performance and growth.

The ideal candidate has strong financial knowledge, analytical capability, and experience working in a structured corporate environment.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
• Experience in financial analysis and variance analysis
• Familiar with SAP or other ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, data analysis)
• Good understanding of Indonesian tax and financial regulations is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports and management reports
• Monitor budget utilization and conduct variance analysis
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies
• Coordinate with accounting and other departments for financial reconciliation
• Support cost control initiatives and financial efficiency improvements
• Assist in audit preparation and internal control processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
