Job Descriptions
Handle Tax Filings:
Prepare, review, and submit tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and maintain accurate tax records.
Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors as needed.
Assist in tax audits and provide supporting documentation.
Accounts Receivable (AR):
Manage invoicing and billing processes for clients.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Reconcile AR accounts and prepare aging reports.
Collaborate with sales or project teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Accounts Payable (AP):
Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile AP accounts and maintain accurate vendor records.
Verify purchase orders, receipts, and approvals before payment.
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
Inventory Costing:
Maintain accurate records of inventory costs, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Calculate standard costs, variances, and adjustments.
Support periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliations.
Assist in cost analysis for pricing, budgeting, and reporting purposes.
Related Tasks:
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Prepare financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or similar roles.
Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
