About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Officer to join our team at PT Citra Rasa Makmur Investindo in Surabaya, Java. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and operations of our organisation.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate daily financial transactions (AP and bank reconciliation).
Assist the Chief Finance Officer with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with accounting standards.
Monitor cash flow and the company's funding needs.
Assist the Chief Finance Officer with taxation and applicable financial regulations.
Maintain proper documentation of financial records, contracts, and transaction evidence.
Coordinate with relevant departments (procurement, HR, and management) regarding financial administration needs.
Assist the Chief Finance Officer in completing the stock report.
Assist the Chief Finance Officer with any additional administration functions required.
Any other functions as requested by management.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting (fresh graduates with strong competence will be considered).
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Basic understanding of tax regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero or similar ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under deadlines.
High integrity and good communication skills.
Willing to be placed in Surabaya
Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
Can join as soon as possible is preferred.
Analytical thinking & problem-solving.
Strong time management & organizational skills.
Confidentiality & integrity in handling financial data.
Teamwork and effective cross-department communication.
