YSQ International Pte Ltd melalui program rekrutmennya saat ini sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi Finance Manager di Tangerang yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja operasional di dalam maupun luar kantor YSQ International Pte Ltd. Perusahaan Tersebut sedang mencari calon tenaga kerja yang siap diterjunkan ke setiap divisi bagian perusahaan yang sesuai dengan posisi, kemampuan dan keahlian para pencari kerja tersebut. Berikut ini adalah detail lengkap persyaratan untuk posisi Finance Manager di Tangerang Perusahaan YSQ International Pte Ltd:

Placement in our sister’s company, PT Nusantara Trade Mandiri/PT NUS, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the local Company’s day-to-day accounting and finance activities, focusing on accurate and timely costing.

Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivables to ensure timely collections and payments.

Lead the monthly closing of accounts, ensuring the timely preparation and submission of comprehensive cost reports and analysis.

Spearhead and coordinate the preparation of the annual budget and periodic forecasts related to the commercial entity.

Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, policies, and internal controls related to the commercial entity.

Liaise with auditors, tax agents, legal counsel, bankers, corporate secretaries, and relevant government authorities locally to ensure compliance and address costing- related financial reporting matters.

Able to manage basic HR responsibilities including employees record keeping and performance evaluation

Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent from a reputable university

Preferably with CA qualification

More than 8 years of relevant and practical experience in a manufacturing trading or corporate environment

Some experience or exposure on employment regulations under Indonesian labour law

OTHER

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Resourceful, meticulous, hands‑on and resilient

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently as well as collaborate with others

Able to travel periodically
