Job Description

• Assisting with data entry into the system
• Handling invoices processing in the system
• Upload proposal payment into the system
• Handling and communicating Customer Statement of Account
• Tracking customer settlement and account receivable
• Reconciling bank settlement
• Assisting month end closing activities

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good understanding of verbal and written English skill
• High level of accuracy, efficiency, and responsibility
• Motivation and a strong desire to learn as much as possible
• Team-player, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn

Additional Information

• Full-time and hybrid work arrangement paid internship for 6 months will be prioritized (September 2025 - February 2026).
• The Intern should not be graduated from the Universityduring internship period.
