This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Controller Senior Staff to join Abad Resources, a subsidiary of Basamo Group operating in the energy sector, based in East Jakarta on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to support strategic business decisions.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to management

• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all accounts are reconciled and financial records are accurate

• Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and payments

• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and improve financial processes

• Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar finance role

  • Preferably with experience in the mining or heavy industry

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS)

  • Understanding of taxation, especially in the mining sector

  • Proficient in financial analysis and reporting

  • Skilled in budgeting and forecasting

• Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical thinking

  • High attention to detail

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Demonstrates integrity and professional ethics

• Tools & Systems:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Familiar with accounting software such as Journal.id, Accurate, SAP, or equivalent systems
