About the role

This is a full-time Finance Controller role at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK', based in Purwakarta, West Java. As the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for the organization, playing a key strategic role in ensuring the company's financial health and growth.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to provide insights and recommendations to senior management

• Overseeing the accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions

• Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to align financial plans with business objectives

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies

• Leading a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to support their professional development

• Participating in strategic decision-making, advising on financial implications and risks

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient financial controls

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, or CIMA) preferred

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a finance controller or senior finance management role, preferably within the accounting or financial services industry

• Proven track record of effectively managing financial operations, budgeting, and reporting processes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team of finance professionals

• Proficient in the use of financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and data analysis software

• Fluency in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written
