About the role:

We are seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team at PT. HLI Green Power, a leading provider of green energy solutions. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, driving strategic decision-making, and contributing to the overall financial health of the company. This is a full-time position based in Karawang Barat, West Java.

Job Description:

1. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including budget planning, forecasting, and variance reporting,

2. Assist in the preparation of financial analyst, regulatory reports, and other key financial documents,

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights,

4. Material cost analysis: Conducted detailed analysis of material costs to identify cost drivers, worked closely with Materials & Logistic team to track material price trends,

5. Developing short-term movement plans: Prepare and deliver the monthly profit and loss plan for the next six months (M+1 to M+6)

6. Analyzing performance gaps vs plans: Performed variance analysis between actual performance and planned.

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance,

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role,

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and translate it into actionable insights,

4. Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and SAP,

5. Thorough understanding of financial reporting standards, regulations, and best practices

6. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team
