As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm's investment strategies and financial decision-making. You'll lead market research, develop actionable insights, and collaborate closely with our investment and risk teams. Your analysis will directly support executive decisions and drive portfolio performance.

• Monitor and interpret macroeconomic indicators, market trends, and geopolitical risks.

• Conduct both technical and fundamental analyses across asset classes to support investment strategies.

• Analyze historical financial data to develop forecasts and uncover strategic opportunities.

• Design and refine investment strategies aligned with firm-wide objectives.

• Support portfolio optimization and risk hedging in collaboration with investment leads.

• Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to executive stakeholders.

• Deliver high-quality market reports and investment memos (daily, weekly, monthly).

• Proficient in financial tools (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) and platforms.

• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or equivalent tools for data modeling.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) — this is a must.
