Role Description :

• Manage the financial accounting, reporting (management and statutory reports), month-end closing process, reconciliation, and consolidation.

• Provide variable contribution analysis, cost vs benefit, forecasting.

• Review, improve, and implement all accounting procedures.

• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

• Coordinate and complete annual audit report.

• Implementing corrective measures and outlining proper accounting procedures.

• Preparing Financial Report to present to higher management.

• Prepare annual budgeting reports and present them to the higher management.

• Analyze all the financial operations and make sure that they are all carried out within the budget.

• Review proposed budget plans and get them approved from higher management.

• Monitor company expenses and approve the budget.

• Make sure the company's budget is in compliance with laws and legal regulations

• Accurately reconcile input VAT, output VAT and PMSE VAT.

• Reconcile PPh 4(2), PPh 21, PPh 22, PPh 23, and PPh 26 accurately.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is preferred

• Experience in the beauty or FMCG industry or eCommerce is will be prioritized

• Strong skills in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements

• Proficient in Financial Reporting and Budgeting processes

• Solid understanding of Finance and Analytical Skills

• Experience in handled corporate tax reporting and maintained up-to-date knowledge of current tax regulations (Coretax)

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage a team

• Familiar with Accurate and/or any other WMS system
