About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join our growing team at PT Telemedia Mitra Erajaya. As a full-time position based in North Jakarta, Jakarta Raya, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting

2. Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to provide insightful information to senior management

3. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support for strategic decision-making

5. Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy

7. Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

What we're looking for

1. 8+ years of experience in a finance or accounting management role, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry

2. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and internal control frameworks

3. Proven track record of managing a finance team and driving process improvements

4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights

5. Proficient in the use of financial software, spreadsheets, and other relevant tools

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

7. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional accounting certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred
