About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Accounting Manager to join our team at PT. TRAX SUMBIRI INDO' in KITB, Batang Central Java. As the Finance Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development and growth within the organisation.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all financial and accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and monthly/year-end financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with local and national tax regulations; responsible for tax calculations and reporting (VAT, income tax, etc.).
Oversee and coordinate both internal and external audit processes.
Ensure that financial operations within bonded zones comply with customs and bonded warehouse regulations.
Manage the finance & accounting team and drive efficiency and accuracy in all financial operations.
Develop and implement financial policies and SOPs to support sustainable company growth.
Collaborate with other departments to support financial and accounting needs across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in finance & accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of bonded zone (bonded warehouse) regulations and customs compliance.
Solid understanding of taxation and auditing practices; experience handling tax audits.
Brevet A & B certification is a plus.
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar platforms).
Willing to relocate to the manufacturing site as needed.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
