We are currently seeking a committed and experienced individual to join our finance team at PT Gooritss Indonesia Sejahtera. If you have passion in finance, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Position : Finance, Accounting and Tax Manager

Location : 88 Office Tower Lt. 20, Kota Kasablanka, Tebet, South Jakarta 

REQUIREMENT:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance

• Working experience 3-5 years

• Having a background from Public Accounting Firm/Consultant would be a plus

• Having a common knowledge in general taxation (PPh, PPN and SPT Badan). Holds Brevet AB certificate would be an advantage

• Experience in B2B and B2G (E-Katalog) transactions is preferred

• Ability to command and lead subordinates (leadership skills)

• Able to work independently with integrity

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Finance:

• Reviews weekly and monthly bank reconciliation and monitors AR & AP team regarding unposted or improper journal entry.

• Prepares data for the bank/fintech company related to financing activities.

• Checking payment invoice to third parties prior authorized by director.

• Maintains good communication and understanding.

Accounting:

• Responsibles to the company's general ledger activity (BS & PL).

• Working together with accounting and tax team to prepare financial report to BOD (Monthly & Yearly).

• General checking monthly stock-opname with operation team (compare physical with system).

• Responsible to handle data request from external auditor.

Tax:

• Performs tax equalization with the tax team regarding PPN (Sales & Purchase) and PPh (Rental & Services).

• Performs accrual journal entry of PPh 23, 4 (2) and PPN.

• Working together with tax team towards the submission of SPT Badan.
