About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Accounting and Reporting Department Head to join our team at PT. LIPPO KARAWACI TBK' in Makassar, South Sulawesi. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the finance, accounting and reporting functions for our organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to business performance, sales, and marketing activities.
2. Prepare and present regular reports (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually) to management and stakeholders.
3. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis, including areas for improvement and optimization.
4. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor progress toward business goals.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships, such as with banks and notaries, to optimize the company's retention processes.
6. Lead and manage the finance, accounting and reporting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Accounting or Finance
2. At least 8 years of experience in a similar finance accounting and reporting role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and financial regulations
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Proficient in financial analysis, reporting and budgeting
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
