Our esteemed client in the LNG industry is currently seeking a high-caliber professional to assume a pivotal role as:

Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (LNG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all general facilities on the plant site, ensuring reliability, safety, and continuous functionality of buildings, roads, lighting, and landscaping

• Lead civil project development and execution for site facilities (approx. 70% of the role), including planning, budgeting, contractor management, and implementation

• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs (approx. 30%) for infrastructure and general services

• Develop maintenance schedules and conduct routine inspections (quarterly/yearly) of site facilities, including public amenities such as the musalla and canteens

• Identify areas requiring infrastructure upgrades or improvements and take proactive action to maintain site standards

• Manage internal maintenance teams and supervise third-party service providers and civil contractors, ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance

• Administer and review detailed contracts for service and construction work; ensure contractors deliver according to scope and timeline

• Drive infrastructure improvement initiatives in response to aging assets, particularly in high-traffic employee areas such as the west canteen

• Maintain strong project management documentation and ensure timely project delivery

• Uphold high integrity and ensure transparency in procurement and contractor-related activities, especially in high-risk or high-value areas

• Provide consistent oversight of site service operations and proactively identify opportunities for cost efficiency and service enhancement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Project/Industrial) or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance and civil project management, preferably in Oil & Gas or Mining industries

• Proven experience in managing plant/site operations and services

• Strong expertise in project management, from planning to execution and closure

• Skilled in managing contractors and vendors across multiple general service areas

• Able to read, understand, and manage contracts in detail

• High integrity and professionalism; proven track record of ethical conduct

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
