ABCPI is known for its well-known brand “ABC” and is one of the key players in the Indonesian and International Instant Noodle Market. The company's factory is located in Desa Walahar, Karawang, West Java, with a focus on producing high-quality instant noodles and Ready-to-Drink (RTD) Beverage products.
What You'll Do:
Plan and select the best vessel schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and check export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, PEB, etc.) with high accuracy.
Coordinate with internal teams (Production, PPIC, Warehouse, Finance) and external parties (Forwarders, Shipping Lines, Customs).
Monitor and manage export aging reports to minimize delays.
Provide regular updates and reports on export status.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
1+ year of experience in export-import, logistics, or shipping (Fresh Graduates are welcome if you understand export basics).
Familiar with export regulations and documents (PEB, COO, BL).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; ERP/SAP experience is a plus.
Good communication skills in Bahasa & English.
