Job Description :

• Assisting the International Business Development team to deal with customers directly (PO placement & process, payments, order updates)

• Processing and managing all orders to meet buyer's expectation.

• Compile customers POs for production dept and shipment scheduling.

• Providing alternatives solution for any issues raised from commercial or operational side.

• Liaise with the factory and supply chain team for production planning to meet the forecast and expected shipment from customer

• Liaise with marketing and RnD team for new product development project for export.

• Liaise with logistic team for schedule and shipment arrangement

• Liaise with purchasing team for materials supply needed.

• Monitoring the whole process of trade budget to meet the forecast and budgeted targets by managements

• Provide order/shipment status report & monthly sales report.

• Sales data & information management : product & price list, data analysis, reporting.

Job Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in all majors

• Excellence English languange skills is a must

• Fluent in another foreign languages in an advantage

• Min. 5 years experience in export operations (especially in FMCG Industry)

• Operations management, cross-function coordination, data processing, standards implementation (SOP), budget administration, problem solving.

• Excellent communication skills & team work

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
