Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in export-import or logistics.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Preferably has experience in a PPJK or in the export-import department of an automotive manufacturing company.
Preferably possesses valid driving licenses for both SIM A & SIM C.
Good understanding of international trade regulations and INCOTERMS.
Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and experience with logistics software is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Willing to be placed in Head Office, Cental Jakarta and available for business trips outside the city.
Can join as soon as possible.
Job Description :
Manage and prepare all necessary export-import documentation while ensuring compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
Oversee and track shipment status, resolve any logistics or documentation issues, and handle customs clearance and regulatory permits.
Maintain accurate records of all international shipping transactions and collaborate with the finance team on payment terms, duties, and related costs.
Stay informed on updates in global trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure seamless operations.
