Responsibilities :
• Manage and oversee all export and import activities. Ensure compliance with Indonesian Customs Law and Ministerial Regulations.
• Must have a sense for abnormality case, knowing & update the common standard related EXIM status each stage from ETD to ETA warehouse, monitoring, summarize, updating and reporting.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for import and export processes. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities.
• Create and manage of documents related to import / export operations. Maintain records of all transactions and prepare regular status reports. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Additional work related to EXIM & Receiving activity and update in QAD system and management sheet.
Requirement :
1. Male / Female. Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics (SCM), Industrial Engineering or related field from reputable University with 2 - 3 years of experience export/import
2. Excellent in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint). Strong ability to read and understand in English & Bahasa (verbal & written) and Japanese is a plus
3. Proficiency in QAD system, Strong knowledge of Import Shipping Procedures, Able to understand and process documents such as:
4. Experienced in Customs Audit & having a “Ahli Kepabeanan” certificate is a plus.
5. Strong knowledge of Import Shipping Procedure. Understand shipping & customs clearance process
Able to work as a strong team member, meticulous in checking documents, high initiative and strong follow up to related parties. Eager to learn and hard worker, understand priority of scale and time management, quick respond for any update and problem with initiative solutions, can work under pressure with very thigh schedule, able to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, responsible & good attitude.
