Job Requirement :

• Min 5 years experience as Manager in Export Import in Manufacture
• Min Bachelor’s degree in all Major
• Have a good knowledge about EXIM process.
• Have a good knowledge and experiences regarding EXIM document rules and regulations.
• Able to coordinate with other managers from other departments and vendors.
• Manage relationship with customs and government institutions
• Experience in Bonded Zone Customs (Bea Cukai Kawasan Berikat)
• Experience all the procedure of Export and Import
• Good English and Mandarin will be advantage

Job Description :

– Handle all of export-imports process including the documents and administration matters

– Coordinate with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries – Monitoring shipment to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouse

– Coordinate with PPIC and warehouse team

– Keep all the record for international transactions

– Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping and handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly

– Check HS Code and Bea Masuk – Other related tasks as assigned

– Coordinating and ensuring EXIM Staff run the EXIM Quality Management System Developing and ensuring KPI’s for each EXIM division, reviewing achievements, and solving problems that occur Revising and developing the work program of the EXIM department Supervising the operations of Export, Import, PPJK, and Operations Monitor all activities Assessing the work performance of subordinates periodically and objectively and seek to improve the abilities of his subordinates. Supervising all EXIM division employees.
