This role is ideal for an experienced event marketing professional with a passion for sports, large-scale event execution, and brand partnerships. You'll lead end-to-end planning and execution of public and private events, from conceptualization to post-event performance review.

• Event Leadership: Plan, lead, and execute large-scale sporting and lifestyle events that enhance the club's image, increase foot traffic, and boost community engagement.

• Sponsorship Acquisition: Leverage a strong professional network to acquire relevant sponsorships and brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with the values and audience.

• Brand Marketing & Promotion: Develop marketing strategies around events, including digital promotion, influencer engagement, media partnerships, and in-club visibility.

• Partnership & Vendor Management: Source and manage third-party vendors, event organizers, and talent, ensuring high-quality execution and professional coordination.

• Team Oversight: Lead a small events/marketing team or coordinate with freelancers to ensure timely, creative, and effective delivery of event goals.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

• Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Marketing.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, ideally in the sports, lifestyle, or entertainment sectors.

  • Experience managing a team and working cross-functionally.

  • Strong network of sponsors or brand partners in related industries.

  • Preferred background: event agency or sports marketing (Hospitality-only backgrounds, especially from hotels, are not a fit).

• Conversational level in English.

• Professional Skills:

  • Excellent planning, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance creative vision and commercial targets.

  • Familiar with budgeting, vendor negotiation, and post-event reporting.
