About the Role
A clear focus on learning is the foundation stone of SriKDU teacher standards, which guide and inform our approach to our students' learning and development across each age range. We are inviting applications from teachers who are fully aligned with this ethos and demonstrate the following:

1. QUALIFICATIONS & PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT
• University educated with an Honours Degree
• Recognised teaching qualification
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
2. KNOWLEDGE
In-depth knowledge and understanding of:
• School curriculum - Early Years Framework, English National Curriculum, and IGCSE
and AS and A2 Level curriculums
• EAL (English as an Additional Language) provision
• Current educational issues and up to date curriculum developments
• Application of effective learning and teaching strategies that attain high levels of
student achievement
