Job Purpose

We're looking for a dedicated Engineering Staff to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our resort facilities. This role requires technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling daily engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure safety and functionality

• Maintain equipment logs and update daily checklists

• Support preventive maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns

Guest & Staff Support:

• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests

• Ensure minimal disruption during maintenance activities

• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office for room maintenance

Safety & Projects:

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures

• Assist with project setups, renovations, or technical installations

• Report safety concerns and equipment issues to Engineering Supervisor

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel engineering/maintenance.Skills: Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.Language Proficiency: Basic English communication is an advantage.

Culture Fit: Deep appreciation for authentic Balinese traditions and family hospitality values.

Additional Duties

• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Ensure all activities align with resort policies, brand standards, and guest satisfaction goals.
