Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing employer branding strategies
• Support the creation of engaging content to promote Ajaib's company culture and values
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors' employer branding initiatives
• Assist in managing the company's career page and social media channels related to job postings
• Manage a variety of engagement events and initiatives

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and corporate communications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Available for a minimum of 6 months internship
