Job Description

Technical Documents and Standards Management

Collect, organize and archive various technical documents related to Indonesian power development, including project design drawings, equipment technical manuals, operating procedures, industry standards, etc., to ensure the integrity and traceability of technical documents. Provide technical document query and interpretation services for internal employees of the company, organize technical training activities, promote employees' learning and mastery of new technologies and new standards, and improve the overall technical level of the team.

Technical Innovation and Improvement

In local power development projects in Indonesia, we will intervene from the early preparation stage, participate in project feasibility studies and technical solution demonstrations, and provide professional technical advice based on Indonesia's geographical environment, energy resource distribution, power demand status and other factors to help formulate practical project plans. Participate in internal technical innovation projects of the company, collaborate with the R&D team, carry out technical R&D work, promote the company's technological progress in the field of power development in Indonesia, and enhance the company's competitiveness in the local market.

Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering and automation, power system and automation, energy and power engineering from a Public University (UI, UGM, UNPAD, etc.).

2. Have more than 5 years of experience in the power industry, automation industry, have participated in complete power engineering projects, are familiar with the full process management of power projects from planning and design to construction and operation and maintenance, can independently solve technical problems arising in the power development process, and are more likely to be familiar with local Indonesian power industry standards and specifications.

3. Master the installation and commissioning technology of electrical equipment, and be able to guide the construction team to install and commission power facilities.

4. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills in Indonesian.

5. Willing to travel domestically or internationally.

6. Proficient in Microsoft (such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
