We are a dynamic and emerging beauty brand company, dedicated to introducing and promoting high-quality imported Korean cosmetics. As a startup, we are seeking an experienced, passionate, and results-oriented Head of E-commerce to join us in pioneering a new chapter in the Indonesian beauty market.
Position Overview:
The Head of E-commerce will be fully responsible for the strategic planning, business development, operational management, and team building for all the company's online e-commerce channels in Indonesia. You will build and optimize the operational systems for various e-commerce platforms from scratch, drive sales growth, enhance brand influence, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This is a core leadership role requiring keen market insight, outstanding platform operation capabilities, excellent team leadership, and successful project management experience, reporting directly to the company's management.
Key Responsibilities:
1.E-commerce Strategy Planning & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce development blueprint based on the company's overall strategy and Indonesian market characteristics. This includes platform selection and layout, category planning, pricing strategy, marketing strategy, and sales target setting. Ensure the e-commerce strategy aligns with the company's brand positioning and offline channel strategies, achieving synergy between online and offline businesses.
2.Multi-Platform Operations Management: Oversee the setup of official stores, daily operations management, product information optimization, efficient order processing, precise inventory management, logistics coordination, and the establishment and improvement of pre-sales and after-sales customer service systems on major Indonesian e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and Sociolla. Ensure all platform operations comply with platform rules and continuously optimize store performance and user reviews.
3.Sales Performance & Growth Driving: Set and take responsibility for key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce channels, including GMV, user growth, activity, conversion rate, repurchase rate, and average order value. Continuously improve sales performance and market share on all platforms through refined operations, innovative marketing campaigns, and effective data analysis. Conduct regular sales forecasting and adjust strategies based on actual sales conditions.
4.Marketing Promotion & Brand Building: Plan and execute targeted online marketing and promotional activities.
Requirements :
Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms and its management.
In-depth knowledge of eCommerce trends, including marketing, advertising, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, industry trends, and best practices in eCommerce.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and show high initiative and strong strategies.
Strong analytical skills and ability to measure campaign performance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement.
