About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Administrator to join our team at Lucky More Indonesia. As a full-time position based in La Riviera PIK 2, this role will be responsible for managing the administrative tasks associated with our growing e-commerce operations. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our online sales channels and providing excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
Handling customer inquiries and orders through various channels, including email, phone, and chat
Processing and fulfilling customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels
Generating and analysing sales reports to identify trends and opportunities
Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure efficient delivery of products
Providing administrative support to the e-commerce and sales teams as needed
Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of e-commerce systems and processes
What we're looking for
At least 2 years of experience in a similar e-commerce or customer service role
Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (tiktok, shopee,lazada), Capcut software, Canva software, and Microsoft Office suite
A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends
