About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join PT.KMU Konstruksi Indonesia', a leading construction engineering firm, as a Drafter / Design Engineer on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed engineering designs and drawings to support the company's tunnelling / pipe jacking construction projects in the Bekasi West Java region. The role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality construction work.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare detailed engineering drawings and designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software

2. Work closely with the engineering and construction teams to understand project requirements and specifications

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet all relevant standards and regulations

4. Revise and update designs based on feedback and changes to project requirements

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

6. Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team as needed

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering drafting or design, preferably in the construction industry

3. Proficient in using CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit

4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately

5. Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

6. Effective communication and collaboration skills

7. Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and building regulations
