About the role

FOURCORNER STUDIO is looking for a talented Drafter 2D/3D Arsitektur to join our dynamic team in Gresik East Java. As a full-time Drafter, you will be responsible for creating high-quality architectural drawings and designs that bring our clients' visions to life.

What you'll be doing

1. Producing detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings and models using CAD software

2. Collaborating with architects and designers to interpret design requirements and translate them into technical plans

3. Ensuring drawings and models adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards

4. Making revisions and modifications to designs based on feedback from clients and project teams

5. Providing support and guidance to junior drafters as needed

6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation

What we're looking for

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in architectural drafting, with a strong background in 2D and 3D CAD software

2. Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software

3. Excellent understanding of building codes, construction methods, and architectural design principles

4. Keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

5. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

6. Effective communication and collaboration skills

7. A passion for architecture and a desire to contribute to the design process
