We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute paid marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. The role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, CPAS, and OOH), with a strong focus on optimizing performance, maximizing brand visibility, and achieving ambitious ROAS targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Marketing - Meta Ads
Strategically plan, budget, and allocate ads across multiple products.
Develop ad briefs aligned with campaign goals (awareness, engagement, conversions) and oversee creative production.
Define target demographics and audience segmentation.
Continuously monitor, optimize, and reset campaigns to achieve a minimum ROAS of 10.
2. Paid Marketing - TikTok Ads
Manage TikTok Ads budget allocation and campaign planning.
Develop ad briefs that reflect campaign objectives and oversee execution.
Build detailed audience profiles and segmentation strategies.
Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to consistently meet ROAS targets.
3. Paid Marketing - Google Ads
Oversee budgeting and allocation for Search, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
Write effective briefs for ad creatives and landing pages.
Define and refine target audience profiles.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maintain ROAS ≥10.
4. Paid Marketing - CPAS Ads
Manage budgeting and placement for Collaborative Ads.
Develop campaign briefs aligned with product and brand objectives.
Define target audiences and optimize audience reach.
Track campaign performance and refine strategies to achieve ROAS targets.
5. Paid Marketing - OOH Ads
Plan and execute out-of-home advertising campaigns.
Prepare creative briefs aligned with campaign goals.
Negotiate with OOH providers to secure optimal placements and value.
Evaluate effectiveness and deliver post-campaign performance reports.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid ads (Meta, TikTok, Google, CPAS).
Proven track record of delivering high ROAS (preferably ≥10).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Demonstrated experience in budgeting, campaign planning, and managing cross-channel marketing initiatives.
Solid knowledge of audience profiling, segmentation, and performance tracking tools.
Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in managing OOH providers and external vendors.
Creative mindset with the ability to craft and oversee compelling ad briefs.
Strong communication, project management, and time management abilities.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
