About the role

Villa Kayu Raja' is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually captivating and on-brand designs to support our resort's marketing and branding initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and digital design skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop engaging visual concepts and designs for a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, advertisements, and website elements

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate business objectives into impactful visual solutions

3. Ensure brand consistency across all design assets by adhering to the Villa Kayu Raja' brand guidelines

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously enhance the visual identity of the resort

5. Provide design support and guidance to other team members as needed

6. Deliver high-quality design work within established timelines and budgets

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional graphic design role, ideally within the hospitality or tourism industry

3. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

4. Excellent eye for design, typography, color, and composition

5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and understand business objectives

6. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
