We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Demand, Supply & Inventory Control. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate demand forecasting, inventory management, and coordination between cross-functional teams across more than 100 outlets.

• Analyze sales trends and create accurate weekly RMPM (Raw Material & Packaging Material) orders for over 100 outlets.

• Monitor and manage the demand planning process to ensure supply availability and alignment with forecast needs.

• Collaborate closely with the Logistics team for effective supply planning

• Coordinate with Production Planning, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure alignment between production capacity, sales forecasts, and inventory levels (Ensure proper stock levels at all outlets to avoid stock-outs or overstock situations).

• Identify demand risks and opportunities, and proactively recommend actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably within the F&B industry.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, forecasting functions, etc.).

• Strong analytical skills in forecasting, supply-demand planning, and usage trend analysis.

• Solid understanding of supply chain principles and inventory management best practices.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
