Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare consolidated reports from multiple data sources (financial, operational, etc.).

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, pivot tables, and visualizations in Excel.

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all deliverables.

• Process Improvement

  • Support the digitalization of reporting processes (e.g., Power BI, ERP systems).

  • Streamline data collection and validation workflows.

• Stakeholder Coordination & Compliance

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, IT) to gather data and align reporting needs.

  • Address ad-hoc reporting requests from management.

  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data sources.

  • Validate data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
