About the role

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning (CX) Mechanical Engineer to join our team at PT. Jaya Karya Integrasi in North Cikarang, West Java. As a CX Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful commissioning and integration of mechanical systems within our projects. This is a contract position offering the opportunity to work on challenging and rewarding projects in the data center industry.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement commissioning plans for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and other building services

2. Conduct and oversee functional performance testing to validate the proper operation of mechanical systems

3. Analyze system performance data and identify any issues or areas for improvement

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and contractors, to resolve commissioning challenges

5. Prepare and deliver commissioning reports, documenting the process and findings

6. Able to Ensure  T&C proses from Level 1 to Level 3 Cx (FAT/FWT, Installation Verification, Pre-Startup dan Start Up)

7. Able Assist Cx User for Level 4 & level 5 (Functional Test and IST)

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commissioning or Startup Engineer, preferably in the Data center or industrial sector

3. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and building automation

4. Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and test results

5. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

6. Effective communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams

7. Familiar with commissioning system Cooling Tower, Chiller, AHU / DAHU, FCU, CRAC, CRAH, Pump, water Tank sprinkler system (wet sprinkler, Preaction, gas suppression, Water Mist)
