- Provide general support to customers & troubleshoot problems.
- Resolve conflicts or disagreements between sellers and buyers, and investigate the disputes and gather relevant evidence.
- Document all interactions with customers in the Call Center Database (Customer Relationship Management), for further use if necessary.
- Follow up on complaints/input and act as a liaison for complaints/input submitted by customers for follow-up (either directly on the spot or escalated to the relevant unit).
- Maintain and improve service quality by following guidelines to meet the quality standards contained in the Standard Operating Procedures.
- Form and create sustainable relationships with customers.
- Analyze customer experience reports and insights and come up with improvement suggestions and initiatives.
- Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years experience in Customer Service.
- Experience in responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Either by telephone, e-mail, and live chat.
- Ability to adapt/respond to various types of people's characters.
- Strong communication skills & customer-oriented.
